Guy's Opinion Please?

Okay, so this guy and I have been friends for about a year now, (he's 18, I'm 16) and things have been... well, confusing for a girl. He texts me a lot, especially when he drinks, and tells me stuff he swears he never did when he's sober. (He's not an alcoholic or anything, he just drinks occasionally) . Stuff like "i'm so into you" and that he wants to sleep with me, stuff like that. Not anything offensive, but he totally acts into me when we talk. But then in the morning he denies all of it! I've heard of guys using booze as an excuse to tell a girl how they feel... but I'm confused. He knows I've liked him for a while now, how do I get him to fess up?
