Help im facing a dilema im a scottish guy going to school in scotland and want to study physics at university.?

I want to go to cambridge or oxford for it but i am confused about tuition fees. I realise that if i go to a scottish university ill get my tuition fees paid for me but i am wonderin if i go to an english one will the scottish government pay my tuition fess if i think my household income is below 20k or will i have to get a student loan or somethin. This will be for going in 2012.
