Stealing....? Fdeelin Guilty!?

I was with my friend at a store and there was a pair of earings I really wanted (she wanted them to). She has a reputation to steal. She put the earings in her pants and i said oh no. She said u really want them dont you? pretend u didnt c me. So thats what I did and then we split the earings later on in the day. Now my mom wants to take me to the same store on the same day. Bad idea? do all stores have cameras? will i get busted even though i didnt really steal. I feel really freakin guilty but i cannot fess up cuz my friend will be ratted out. Im a christian and i feel like i sinned bad. i dont steal. at all. did i tech. steal even though my friend did it? help i feel bad!
