Secrets, Friends, Rumors?

My best friend, apparently, has a big mouth on her. My guy friend told me a secret, and actually a lot of people at my school have that in common with him (what he told me) and i told my best friend. I felt so guilty after wards, but i knew i couldn't take it back. He found out and i felt horrible, but he did forgive me. I also told my best friend a secret about my other friend, who then went and told many people. I know if i fess up to my friend that i spilled to my best friend, she will blame me and i know i am to blame. What am i supposed to do in this situation? Because i know i cant take it back.
